When people think of Shabu Shabu, most consider only seafood or meat. In this restaurant, however, visitors can enjoy Ssambap Shabu Shabu (Shabu Shabu served with rice and vegetables) and saengseon-gui Shabu Shabu (grilled-fish Shabu Shabu). In regular Shabu Shabu, meat and vegetable are boiled in stock and then taken out to be served. In the Shabu Shabu of this restaurant, however, a thin slice of beef is half boiled in stock and then placed on a roll of rice and lettuce delicately marinated to please the tongue of gourmets. Saengseon-gui Shabu Shabu is also fantastic.
