
Deokjeok-do
Deokjeok-do, an untouched small island, hsa been a beloved destination for a long time. Seopori beach with all its pine trees at the
seaside and pleasant cool seashore scenery is a beautiful place to stay. Grotesque and strange shaped rocks and stones and a gravel
beachar e ideal for sunbathing. The purple sunsets will Soya-do beach is famous for having a clean seaside and Ul-do for its impressive
cliffs. A trip across thefo ur islands, Ul, Ji, Baeka, and Gulup, which belong to the archipelago of Deokjeokgundo will leave you with
excellent memories of your vacation.
Recommended Course

- Seopori beach

- This beach is assigned as National Resort area since 1977. A 1,5km clean and
beautiful sand beach and surrounded from pine trees. The Haedangwha flowers
(a sweet brier) are growing at this place. To be specially mentioned is the 292m
height Bijobong peak which is completing the fantastic scenery. Excellent beach
facilities and an ideal place for sea fishing.
- Soya-do (Ttedbulhaebyun)

- Only 0.5 km from Deokjeok-do, a white sand beach is surrounding the entire
island, like a wonder of the nature. 9,800spm of lawn are covering the camping
place, which is equipped with good running water and other facilities for a
comfortable camping. The blue crabs (Kkotgae), and the top-shells (Sora) can
be collected at the seaside which is very clean and preserved in natural conditions,
because the place is newly well-known.
- Nungdong gravel beach

- A good place for seawater swimming and sea fishing. The beach is covered with
small smooth gravels in conjunction with the reeds covering the hillside create
romantic scenes and a very nice place to relax. A lighthouse is guiding the fishing
boats on Seonmi-do.
- Tracking to the top of Bijobong

- It takes about 2 hours for a round trip to the 292m height Bijobong peak There you
can also enjoy a fresh forest bath in the hot summer time with the songs of the
cicadas, and during the winter snow covered trails meeting the winter sea.
- Cruising the Deokjeok archipelago

- This chain of islands is showing different types of sceneries according to the
watching angle where you stay, the archipelago consists of 4 islands. The cruise
starts from the Jinri ferry pier onboard the Haeyangho boat.Ul-do line: From Ji-do,
to Ul-do, to Baeka-do, to Gulup-do.
